We invite you on Tuesday xx at 7pm in Lille for an evening dedicated to oenology, highlighting the art of wine with DĂ©jeunons Sur l'Herbe, a WSET-certified wine school in Lille!

Join us at the bar "La Cave LĂ©on Gambetta sur Wazemmes" for an evening of wine tasting specially designed for beginners.

Discover the Steps of Comparative Sensory Analysis of Wine with DĂ©jeunons Sur l'Herbe :


Come and explore, step by step, the stages of comparative sensory analysis of wine. In the warm atmosphere of the LĂ©on Gambetta cellar, we offer you an unforgettable tasting experience with 6 premium wines, using WSET techniques, as well as intuitive and geosensory analysis. The tasting will be accompanied by a tasting board featuring products from Maison Evrard and from the Philippe Olivier cheese dairy.

The tasting lasts about 1h30.

Your private oenology course will be led by Stéphanie Hennion, WSET level 3 graduate and WSET-nominated educator, founder of the only WSET-certified wine school in the Hauts-de-France region.
