How to deal effectively with the pressure of deadlines :
What if it could be played out in 7 minutes?
You always think you've got the time, you always think you've taken the necessary safety margins, you always tell yourself there's nothing inevitable about not being on time... And then one day, the beautiful harmony of the team shatters: the credit of trust is transformed into a crime of ignorance.
As the wall loomed, tension mounted, fear overcame us, tears flowed... Could we make up for 2 months in 2 days? Would the 7-week tender be decided in the last 7 minutes?
We invite you to take part in an immersive and interactive workshop to experience the pressure of deadlines and escalations of all kinds... Through this simulation, you'll take part in an immersive and interactive experience, at the end of which you'll have the tools, postures and reflexes to better manage the pressure.
This workshop is organized by the Pôle Développement Carrière of IÉSEG Network and will take place at IESEG on the Paris Campus, on Tuesday June 4th from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. It will be followed by networking between participants over a cocktail reception hosted by IÉSEG Network.
This workshop will be led by Pierre BLOUVAC, Founding Partner of Caylar Conseil, a strategy, organization and management consultancy specializing in insurance and social protection.
A graduate of Sciences Po Paris and ESCP, Pierre BLOUVAC lectures in the Executive Master program at ESCP on the posture of consultant and is also co-author of the book Pro en Consulting (Vuibert, 2018).
