After a career in digital communications agencies, ESNs and pure players, in 2018 he created an IT services company: BetterCallDave.
BetterCallDave is all about positive digital innovation, giving your ideas even more meaning, impact and efficiency.
We support our customers with two offerings: Dev4Better & Dev4Music.
With the first, BCD works with them on virtual reality, artificial intelligence and application development projects that make sense for people!
With the second, they deploy their expertise in the online music sector to develop services ranging from music catalog broadcasting to skills for connected speakers.
He is also CTO of Invest History, a company that helps entrepreneurs architect their founding story and enables them to live-pitcher it on its platform.
He also teaches mobile programming at HEI 4.

With 11 years' experience at Bouygues Construction, including 9 years spent on private renovation sites, he joined the strategy department to implement circular economy actions and create a subsidiary dedicated to the reuse of materials as an intrapreneur.to implement circular economy initiatives and create a subsidiary dedicated to the reuse of materials as an intrapreneur.
In 2018, he joined Data Soluce to develop the company and take it through to fundraising. This startup structures and centralizes building data for simplified asset management.
In 2020, he founded Noria Partners, an independent engineering company offering consulting and project management services for construction projects, bringing together experts in construction, digital and the circular economy.
His areas of expertise for the club: business start-ups, intrapreneurship, entrepreneurship, fund-raising, etc.

After 15 years in France in the aerospace industry (Safran) and in the Netherlands in Chemicals (DSM) and Semiconductors (ASML), Benjamin set out to become a small business owner. His MBA at IESE Business School (Barcelona) convinced him to follow a pre-financed takeover method taught in MBA programs in the USA (Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, etc.): the Search Fund.
In 2019, still an employee of a multinational in the Netherlands, he is raising funds from around 15 investors, most of them former company directors, who are providing him with experience and capital to look for and take over an SME in France.
Since the beginning of 2020, he has been contacting SME managers by direct approach, to meet them and discuss a takeover project with them. To date, he has met around a hundred of them.

After several years in the fast food industry for a subsidiary close to the DECATHLON group, and experience in supermarkets, Benjamin coaches Foodtech project leaders for the Euralimentaire metropolitan incubator.
The incubator, located at Lille's Marché d'Intérêt National, helps entrepreneurs with innovative food-related projects looking for premises, strategic advice, financing and a stimulating environment.
Since its creation in May 2017, the incubator has supported 56 projects, created over 150 jobs and contributed to €7M in fundraising.

Laurence BENOIST (HEI 1990), President of LES CONSEILS DE LAURENCE : Helping you to dare to be benevolent and creative for greater efficiency
Laurence Benoist, graduated from HEI in 1990, after 15 exhilarating years in construction and maintenance, managing all types of teams in the field.After 15 exhilarating years in construction and maintenance, managing all types of teams in the field, she turned to human resources to deepen her understanding of relationships within the company, becoming HR Director of a unit of a major French energy group, before setting up her own consulting company in early 2017.
With this company, she assists executives and managers in a variety of organizational (functional and operational) and management issues, and also works on behalf of corporate training organizations.
Passionate about sports, she also had the opportunity to try out other types of management, first as president of an R1 soccer club, then as head of delegation for the French women's national team.
She is also committed to gender equality in all areas, and promotes it within the structures in which she is involved, such as the FFF's Commission de féminization Commission or a joint civilian-military group on the feminization of the French Navy, and through the deployment of a specific approach within her structure called Ensembly.
