The next meeting of the HEI ALUMNI North Metropolis Network will take place:

The theme of this evening's mini-conference will be:

The employee at the heart of strategies.

While the concept of Lean Manufacturing resonates in most companies, haven't we gone too far in the hunt for waste? Aren't the controls put in place to sift through all our processes a brake on freedom at work, stifling employees' creativity and personal fulfillment?

Here's a look at a company that has always differentiated itself through its employee management system, and is now turning a new corner! that of the Liberated Enterprise.

But with what objective in mind? Toboost thecompany's growth by freeing up everyone's energies & focusing on employee happiness.

Vianney Bernet (2012), Charles-Edern Besnard (2012), Maxime Bessard (2011) & Alexis Biville (2011)are among the 60,000 Decathlon employees involved in this shift.

OnTuesday April 21, 2015, they will present the particularities of current Decathlon management, as well as the concept of the Liberated Enterprise & the steps involved in getting there.

Mardi-H: The rendezvous for HEI-ESTITs in the Lille region.

Usually every third Tuesday of the month, except during summer vacation.
Aperitif and buffet: salads, cold meats, cheeses, dessert. Drinks at discretion.
Cost: 15€, to be paid on arrival.
Special price for - class of 2014 and students: 5€.
