Have you heard of the TANDEM scheme? - A sponsor to help you find a job

The TANDEM program is for you if you're looking for a job, want to (re)define your professional project, take charge of your future and get involved in an effective networking process. Our aim? To create a strong, human relationship between you and your coach: another JUNIA graduate.

The "godson" is a graduate looking for advice and a helping hand to advance his or her project, whatever the sector. The sponsor, on the other hand, is in post and undertakes to support his or her godchild on a voluntary basis, with a minimum of one exchange per month (e-mail, video, coffee... anything's possible!).

This sponsorship is free, personalized help, enabling you to work on your professional project, your network and your research tools (CV, letters, interviews...). But it's also a listening ear, moral support and a real motivational boost.

Are you afraid of the job hunt? Do you need an outside perspective on your CV or job applications? Sponsorship can't work miracles, but it can change everything at a time when you need encouragement and advice. Because searching alone is fine... but being coached is often a hundred times more effective!

• Testify about the sponsorship process (orally or in writing)

• Inform JUNIA ALUMNI (and your sponsor) if you return to work.

An initial meeting will put you in touch with your sponsor, after which you can organize your exchanges at your own pace.
